On September 22, the four tower buildings of the Yue Sheng Plaza Project—part of the Guangzhou Baiyun Station TOD Integrated Transport Hub constructed by China Railway Construction Engineering Group—were officially completed and delivered, marking the beginning of a new era of integrated station-city development in one of China’s most representative large-scale transport hubs.
The Guangzhou Baiyun Station TOD Integrated Transport Hub and its associated facilities have a total construction area exceeding 1.5 million square meters. The project includes Guangzhou Baiyun Station, the north and south railway decks, north and south breathing plazas, east and west plazas, four traffic cores, and four super high-rise towers. Among them, Baiyun Station, the breathing plazas, the northwest traffic core, and the east-west plazas were all put into operation on December 26, 2023, coinciding with the opening of Baiyun Station.
